Made this salad last night…

Shaved fennel

Sliced Napa cabbage

Fennel fronds

Pistachios

Feta

Dressing:

Lemon olive oil

Champagne vinegar

Dried tarragon

Granulated garlic

White pepper

Pinch of sugar or drizzle of honey
